Gunderboom, Inc. is a marine engineering, construction, and technology company that has developed and deployed numerous aquatic filter barriers and related technologies throughout the United States. Gunderboom has entered into a Contract with Ardan International Group, S.A. to provide expertise and training during the Phase I investigation of Lake Gatun and the preliminary desk study and development of Lake Bayano. Gunderboom has also entered into a Technology Transfer Agreement so the various technologies and expertise that Gunderboom offers can be transferred to Ardan and the Kuna Indians.

Gamaqua Products, S.A. (processing, Sales and Marketing) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ardan, established as a timber company that processes and sells submerged timber extracted from Lake Gatun. In addition, Ardan and subsidiary operations have been accepted into the Free Trade Zone facility at Fort Davis, a former U.S. Military base that has been converted to FTZ classification within Colon. The company currently has an operational base on the north shore of Lake Gatun and two additional field bases to be added around Lake Gatun by the end of 2007. Given the conpany's proximity to the Panama Canal, it is uniquely positioned to export hardwood to locations around the world.
